Cedarlane Laboratories Ltd. is an ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified privately owned Canadian company, in business since 1957 located in Burlington. Manufactured products include monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies, Lympholyte cell separation media, complement and Cellect immunocolumns, which are available worldwide through a well-established network of distributors.  Cedarlane also distributes for more than 800 international companies, which enable us to offer an extensive variety of products to our Canadian customers.

Cedarlane currently has an opening for a Technical Services Representative. 

Responsibilities may include:
-Provide technical support for our manufactured and distributed products; for distribution products, this may involve being the liason between the customer and the supplier
-Sourcing products for customer
-Effectively handling customer complaints with the emphasis on customer satisfaction
-Price quotes
-Other duties that may be reasonably required

The ideal candidate should have a University degree in Microbiology with Cell Culture experience.  Practical lab experience would be advantageous.  We are looking for an outgoing and motivated individual that is highly organized, able to multitask and pay particular attention to detail.  They must also be dependable, efficient, and able to meet deadlines under pressure. Knowledge of computers, general office software, and familiarity with the internet is a must.  Previous customer service experience and the ability to speak French are definite assets.
